Tomato crushed w/ Garlic
into 1/2 16oz cans
16oz Tomato Sauce
16oz Puree
2 small cans tomato paste Olive Oil in pan
2 tablespoons add to taste maybe in
1/2’s Teaspoon Marjoram, Thyme, Basil, Italian Seasoning
2 Bail Leaves
Pinch of Oregano
Pinch pepper
1 Teaspoon Parsley
Add 3 Cloves Garlic or to taste, sugar to taste in a pan with olive oil.
Add your paste cook few minutes
Add seasonings
Add all Tomatoes
Cook on slow heat all day!
First, bring Tomatoes to a small boil.
Be Careful not to burn the sauce at LOW Heat.
Brown all meat that you use then add to the sauce later.
Meat Balls: Chicken ground, Ground Beef (Make moist not too much that they fall apart).
Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Some Milk
Parmesan Cheese
Pinch of Mustard Dried
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
Margan
Thyme
Garlic
